Session Terms
Session Fees
A non-refundable retainer is due the day you book. This reserves your session date and time.
Fee Schedule:
Modeling $297 at booking / $200 at session
Classic $497 at booking / $400 at session
Influencer $697 at booking / $600 at session
Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
A la carte print product discounts included in packages are good for one (1) year after session date.
Complimentary Cap and Gown Session included with the Influencer Session must be used within sixty (60) days of scheduled graduation. It is your responsibilty to contact Andrew Dodson Photography to schedule the complimentary Cap and Gown Session. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in the Cap and Gown Session no longer being complimentary. No refunds of any type will be given for unused complimentary Cap and Gown Sessions.
Client is responsible for any and all additional expenses incurred during the shoot (makeup artist, location expenses, entry fees, travel expenses, et al). If not paid at the session, any additional fees incurred by the photographer will be billed prior to delivery of digital images and must be paid in full in order to receive digital images and/or products.
Mini-sessions are prepay only and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
No-shows will forfeit their retainer.
Repeated need to reschedule may result in cancelation of session. You will not receive a refund in this circumstance.
Sessions are “up to” so many consecutive hours and may not be split up. Failure to go the entire allotted time may result in fewer final edited images than stated in guide. Unused session time may not be rolled over and will not receive any type of prorated refund.
Rescheduling may incur a Rescheduling Fee of $100 per instance.
Delivery of Images
Images and print release will be delivered via a Google Drive folder download link. The folder will remain active for at least six (6) months after delivery is sent via email.
Andrew Dodson Photography is not responsible for archiving images from your session. While every effort is made to retain every image in perpetuity, Andrew Dodson Photography makes no implicit offer to save any images beyond delivery of images.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your images within six (6) months after delivery is sent via email. There is a $100 service fee for reuploading your Google Drive folder past the six (6) months.
Download the images and back them up in multiple locations.
Andrew Dodson Photography is not responsible for any issues that may arise from downloading or accessing the digital files on your computer. Use the link at your own discretion, and ensure that you have appropriate security measures in place to protect your device.
Ordering
Orders for a la carte print products can be placed any time after the digital delivery of your session images.
Product pricing is only guaranteed for two (2) weeks after delivery of session images, after which prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the custom nature of my photography, orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Absolutely no refunds.
I accept cash, check, credit card, ApplePay, and Venmo.
Orders paid by check may be delayed by up to 10 business days to allow for the check to clear the bank. Returned checks will incur a $45 returned check fee.

All images are copyright Andrew Dodson Photography and are intended for personal use only. Commerical use is strictly prohibited.
All sessions and product purchases are subject to Ohio sales tax.
